Lead the Future of Dentistry – Run for SKCDS Elected Office!
Open Positions:
- President-Elect (1 Open Position) | Term Commitment: 1 year as president-elect, 1 year as president, & 1 year as immediate past-president.
- This position also represents as a Delegate to the WSDA during the September House of Delegates event. This position shall also be a member of the Program & Continuing Dental Education Committee and the Budget and Finance Committee.
- Executive Council (5 Open Positions) | Term Commitment: 3 Open Positions for 3 year term & 2 Open Positions for 2 year term.
- This role will supervise and conduct the business of the Society. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and policies.
- Delegate to the WSDA (7 Open Positions) | Term Commitment: 3 year term
- House of Delegates rotates from Tacoma & Spokane each year. Delegates to WSDA commit to attending in person for their 3 year commitment. HOD 2025 Tacoma, HOD 2026 Spokane, & HOD 2027 Tacoma. SKCDS offers a stipend to support financial costs to the delegate.
*In an effort to support our members elected to delegate positions, SKCDS has an approved increased stipend starting 2025 HOD to support the out of pocket expenses.
Requirement of the above positions: All candidates must be active and life members of SKCDS, as defined by SKCDS Bylaws.
