Complete the Prescription Monitoring Program Survey
Dentists are encouraged to complete a Department of Health survey regarding the Washington State Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP).
WSDA encourages dentists who use the Washington State Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) to participate in a research study regarding the program by filling out the an online survey.
The purpose of the study is to identify the barriers to integrating PMP data into electronic health records (EHRs) via the Washington State health information exchange (HIE). Results of the study will be summarized and given to the Washington State Department of Health so that they can assist health systems to mend these barriers.
Though the survey does not specifically reference dentistry or WSDA, the study is open to dentists. If you use the PMP, we encourage you to respond to share data about how the program works for dentists.
