Congratulations to WSDA member Rep. Michelle Caldier for winning re-election to the Washington State House of Representatives for a third consecutive term!
As the only dentist in the Washington State Legislature, Rep. Caldier has used her experience to advocate on behalf of Washington dentists and their patients by working to reform unfair insurance practices, protecting the doctor-patient relationship, and supporting quality oral health care.
Earlier this year, Rep. Caldier was named WSDA’s 2018 Citizen of the Year, an award bestowed upon a member who has performed outstanding service to help a community in need, reinforced the value of service to the dental community, and promoted the image of dentistry.
WSDA is thrilled to see Rep. Caldier return to Olympia, where we have no doubt she will continue to fight for Washington dentists and the patients they serve.
