This webinar answers the most common questions about NPI Enumeration. After completing this webinar, participants should be able to apply for an NPI of either entity type, and update its associated data in a timely manner.

They will also:

Understand the distinction between billing provider and treating doctor, identify their practice's billing provider, and ensure that the billing provider is correctly enumerated, whether an individual or an organization
Understand how dental practice business models impact NPI enumeration schemes, and ensure their NPI enumeration scheme reflects practice business needs

This webinar is for dentists, particularly newly graduated dentists, and dentists who are dealing with a practice transition of some type (e.g., taking on a new associate, expansion, acquisition of a new facility, retirement ), and office managers (especially those with questions about NPIs and their role in billing).
