Advocating for Economic Relief

Mar 24, 2020
WSDA and ADA will do everything in our power to advocate for possible forms of economic relief at the federal and state level.
I know that you are starting to process the patient care and financial impacts that an eight-week prohibition on non-emergent care is going to have on you, your family, your staff, and your patients.

WSDA and ADA will do everything in our power to advocate for possible forms of economic relief at the federal and state level. Other government actions have been taken or are being discussed to postpone student loan payments, rent and mortgage payments, and other expenses. Unemployment benefits are available for employees.

We have started to post frequently asked questions online at wsda.org/COVID-19. New questions will be added as they arise, and answers will be updated based upon discussions with state/federal agencies and other developments.

We know that there will be many questions that must be answered on several fronts. We will do everything possible to help answer these questions and support Washington’s dental community.

In the meantime, we ask that you do what you can to help manage the emergent care needs of your patients and to stay safe.

Sincerely,

Bradshaw
