HCA Website Usability Study

Please read the following message from the HCA.

We want to improve your website experience

Based on analytics and feedback from the community, we want to update the provider section of the Health Care Authority (HCA) website for clarity and ease of use.

But before we make any changes, we want to make sure we’re doing it right.

What can you do to help?

Complete a short, online usability study that will tell us whether we’re on the right track.

How does it work?
The usability study:

  • Takes about 10 minutes.
  • Has 4 tasks to complete and 3 questions to answer.
  • Closes COB, Monday, August 31.

Anything to know before you begin?
Yes.

  • Please use Chrome or Firefox, the study won’t work in Internet Explorer (IE) or Edge.
